Take the King of club with the ace and play a small club and discard a blocking spade honor, play 2 round trumps, cash the Ace and King of spades, then cross to the table with the Ace of trump.  Discard your 2 diamond losers on the Jack and Ten of spades. Discarding a blocking card is called a "JETTISON".
